Rules for Guests
Week rentals
Check-in on Saturdays between 4.30 pm and 7.30 pm
Check-out on Saturday mornings by 10 am.
Partenza: sabato successivo al check-in. Check-out entro le ore 10.00
€500,00 security deposit on arrival.
Pool Open: 1 May - 1 October

The rental prices include VAT, overnight stay, bed and bath linens, week cleaning, electricity and water consumption, swimming pool and garden equipment.
Extra (on request, not included in the rental rate):
Final cleaning: € 15,00 per person – 5 persons minimum)
Heating: according to consumption during the winter
Extra bed or kid crib € 30,00
Tourist tax equal to € 2.00 per day for the first four days. Children under the age of 12 are exempted from the tourist tax.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed after receiving payment of 30% of the total amount. From 15 days to the arrival date will be withheld the total amount of reservation. In case of no show will be charged the total amount.
The number of guests arriving should respect the number of guests at the time of booking. About any changes please inform the owners as soon as possible.
